V7 Recovery Manager + Professional Match Flow Board

What changed:
1. Recovery Group is NOT fixed at tournament create time anymore.
2. Opening Group match losers are listed in Recovery Manager after matches are completed.
3. Operator can select any loser teams and add only selected teams to Recovery Group.
4. Recovery group name is automatic:
   - Main groups A/B/C => Recovery Group D
   - Main groups A/B/C/D => Recovery Group E
5. Recovery team order can be changed with Up/Down buttons.
6. Generate Recovery Fixtures creates D/E group knockout fixtures from selected teams.
7. Match Flow Board now shows real team-name cards, status, Start Match buttons, Recovery, Semi, Final.
8. Player dependency stays disabled. Team-only scoring is kept.
9. Replay system is kept.

Workflow:
- Assign teams into main groups.
- Generate Tournament Fixtures.
- Start opening matches from Match Flow Board.
- Complete opening matches.
- Go to Recovery Manager.
- Select losers you want.
- Add Selected To Recovery Group.
- Generate Recovery Fixtures.
- Start Recovery matches from Match Flow Board.
