V8.2 Tournament Reset + Team Selection Patch

Fixes:
1) New tournament no longer reuses old tournament working score state.
2) Team group assignment is now per-tournament, not global.
3) Teams tab lets you select only the teams that belong to the active tournament.
4) Groups tab only shows selected tournament teams.
5) Generate Fixtures uses selected teams + saved group order.

Workflow:
Tournament > Setup > Create Tournament
Tournament > Teams > select teams for this tournament > Save Tournament Teams
Tournament > Groups > assign selected teams to A/B/C/D/E > Save Group Assign > Generate Fixtures
Fixtures > Start Match

Note:
Master Team List is not deleted when a new tournament is created. Only the new tournament workspace is clean.
