POINT 3 Replay Pro V7

Fixes V6 problems:
- Uses millisecond replay_ends_ms instead of DATETIME seconds, so return-to-live is exact.
- Overlay hides scoreboard with wider CSS selectors.
- Replay bar replaces scoreboard.
- Local countdown ends replay even if API polling is delayed.
- API also force-resets replay_active=0 after end time.
- BACK TO LIVE NOW button always appears in Director pages.

Install:
1) Extract/overwrite project root.
2) Run install_replay_pro_patch_v7.php once.
3) Hard refresh Director and OBS Browser Source cache.

Usage:
- Click any Replay button, or call window.point3StartReplay('SIX REPLAY', 6).
- To instantly return: BACK TO LIVE NOW or window.point3EndReplay().
